Gio Liguori joined Boundary Stone as a Policy Associate in June 2023. He supports the federal finance team with a focus on the Department of Energy’s Loan Program Office, helping clients access federal funding for innovative clean energy projects.

Prior to joining BSP, Gio completed several internships in the realms of policy, research, and government affairs. In these positions, he has worked for organizations such as energy trade associations, advocacy nonprofits, think tanks, political campaigns, and private companies. These roles as well as his academic and research endeavors helped him contribute to several innovative and exciting projects in hydrogen, solar, and advanced nuclear energy. His interests and expertise lie in the intersection of climate, law, and finance.

Gio graduated from The George Washington University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He continued his education at GW, earning a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in Budget and Public Finance in 2023.
