Kevin Curley is a Senior Vice President with Boundary Stone Partners based in Washington, D.C. He has over 10 years of experience, working in both the public and private sector, in underwriting, structuring and negotiating loans for projects in the U.S. and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Boundary Stone Partners, Kevin was a Director in the Office of Structured Finance at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) where he led origination and credit underwriting for project finance, commercial finance and risk sharing frameworks in emerging markets. 

Before his time at DFC, Kevin was part of the intake and underwriting team at the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office responsible for assessing eligibility and economic feasibility for projects submitted under Title XVII and the Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing Program. 

Kevin holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver.
