Rachael Grace is a Vice President at Boundary Stone Partners in the buildings and industrial decarbonization practice.
Most recently, Rachael was a Senior Policy Director at Rewiring America, where she drove and executed the nonprofit's federal policy strategy. During her time there, she successfully worked on the use and funding of the Defense Production Act for electric heat pumps. She also worked closely on the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebates and the consumer tax rebates that were enacted as part of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA). In addition, she helped launch the bicameral Congressional Electrification Coalition and chaired the Federal Electrification Policy Coalition. Lastly, she co-authored multiple reports, with topics ranging from energy security and industrial policy to IRA implementation.
Prior, Rachael worked as an ESG and impact investment advisor for private equity clients. There, she developed the firm's climate change diligence framework and helped review over 80 investments from a wide range of industries. She also worked as a multiple-bottom-line economic development consultant, where she helped establish the Augusta Regional Collaboration with the then-Mayor of Augusta, Georgia.
Rachael holds a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs Environmental Science and Policy program, where she was an environmental fellow. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was an Asian and Pacific Islander American scholar.
