Caitlin Keliher is a Manager at Boundary Stone Partners, supporting federal finance and government affairs engagements.
Prior to Boundary Stone, Caitlin worked at Guidehouse as a senior consultant, where she advised state governments on federal funding program implementation. She previously worked at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, where she supported a former U.S. Deputy Energy Secretary on clean energy policy and supported the U.S. Coast Guard with a research project on energy issues in the Arctic. Caitlin previously spent three years at the Harvard China Fund and one year in Nanjing as a fellow through the Volunteers in Asia program.
Caitlin earned her Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and B.S. in Economics and Chinese from George Washington University. Caitlin is an avid Red Sox fan and skier.
