Raven Graf (they/them) is a manager at Boundary Stone Parters, supporting clients in the clean energy sector.

Before joining Boundary Stone in 2023, Raven served Senator Sheldon Whitehouse as a legislative correspondent. Previously, they worked for the Swarthmore College Office of Sustainability to build an internal carbon pricing program, decarbonize campus operations, and engage the campus community in climate solutions.

Raven also volunteered with the Citizens’ Climate Lobby to build support for a federal carbon fee-and-dividend and they served on the Board of Directors of Our Climate to empower young people to win equitable state climate policies.

Raven earned their B.A. from Swarthmore College in biology and chemistry and their Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Raven is a 2021 Switzer Fellow.
