Emma Davison is a Manager in Boundary Stone Partners’ Washington, DC office, supporting BSP-Kaya, Boundary Stone’s Joint Venture with Kaya Partners.

Prior to joining BSP-Kaya, Emma worked as a Government Relations Specialist at L3Harris Technologies, a global aerospace and defense technology company. At L3Harris, Emma was responsible for civil space budget and policy analysis, strategy, and advocacy, largely focusing on NOAA, NASA, and their international-equivalent agencies. In addition to the civil space technology portfolio, Emma supported enterprise-wide priority execution, including mergers and acquisitions activity and major industrial base policy initiatives.

Before L3Harris, Emma worked as an Analyst at Green Cross International, where she examined alleged chemical weapons incidents in Syria, identifying possible actors, trends, and outliers in support of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

Emma is completing her Master’s in Security Studies with a Concentration in Technology at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. Emma earned her B.A. in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies with a Concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, and holds certificates in Modern Standard Arabic and Levantine Arabic from the University of Jordan, the Middle East Institute and Oman’s Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center.
